One nice feature of MCI international calling cards is that they can be used from U.S. military bases all over the world to call back to the United States at a very low rate.
Understand that this card will not work from AT&T tents on military bases. You must use one of AT & T calling cards from these locations.
All calls domestically within the United States, including those make from Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, & the U.S. Virgin Islands are for only 6.1¢ per minute. The same rate applies for all calls from U.S. military bases to any U.S. military base in the world.
When phoning to international locations, rates vary by country, just as they do when you call from over 130 available countries. Calls placed to international cell phones will most times have higher rates.
There are no applicable taxes or fees, other than a 50¢ surcharge for payphone usage.
Each card has a 180 day expiration after your first call.
